Our Digital Health Toolbox
Discover our tools in action
Our solutions are built as modules that can be used as standalone tools or integrated building blocks. They aim to strengthen the diabetes care pathway by improving early detection, enhancing continuity of care through health information, and elevating the digital learning experience.
Our solutions support and complement national health systems by leveraging:
Open-source technology
We are committed to developing global digital public goods (DPGs), enabling others to reuse and improve our work. We believe there is a need to better coordinate the development of digital health goods to reduce duplication of solutions and ensure that platforms are more aligned with national priorities, ultimately contributing to stronger health systems.
Interoperability
Our solutions, designed with native interoperability based on the FHIR standard, seamlessly integrate with each other and external systems. This facilitates efficient data exchange and collaboration, empowering healthcare providers with comprehensive and streamlined interoperability.
Online and offline access
Our solutions are designed to function both online and offline, making them particularly valuable in areas with limited internet access. This flexibility ensures continuous and effective use, regardless of connectivity constraints, thereby extending our reach and impact to underserved regions.
Co-creation
We involve users and stakeholders in our solution development process, ensuring our tools are grounded in local insights and designed for usability based on user needs. This approach includes workshops, interviews, care pathway assessments, and clinical practice observations, fostering the creation of tailored solutions that directly respond to on-the-ground requirements.
